Meet Our Team
Steve Olsen
Steve received his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1979 and has been practicing in
Washington state ever since. Steve represents clients in family law, construction disputes, landlord-tenant law, boundary disputes, wills and probates, guardianships, personal injury and general civil litigation. He has been a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney. He is a certified mediator; district, municipal and former tribal court judge pro tem; superior court arbitrator; and mediator and guardian ad litem.
Steve is an active member of the community and has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way, Cub/Boy Scouts, the Dispute Resolution Center of Kitsap County (DRC) and the Kitsap Juvenile Court Citizen Advisory Board. He is former president of the Kitsap and Jefferson County Courts Bar Associations.
Alton McFadden
In 1997, Alton began practicing law as a intern prosecuting cases for both Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo, he was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1999. He served on the conflict felony panel for Department of Assigned Counsel in Pierce County. Alton's current law practice includes a substantial amount of criminal defense and civil matters. Alton is admitted to practice in both the Suquamish and S'Klallam tribal courts and handles family law cases, including jurisdictional issues in both of the tribal courts. In his spare time, Alton is an avid outdoorsman.
Theresa Petrazcick, Legal Assistant, is a graduate of Marquette University and is a law student at Seattle University Law School.
Naomi Nobles, Legal Assistant, is a graduate of Cal State Northridge; and is a decendent of Thomas Jefferson.
